The other day as I was carrying a load of laundry I noticed something moving on the stairs in the corner of my eye. I dropped the laundry basket when I found this creature scurrying along the stairs. He was so big I didn't think a shoe would work so I grabbed a can of Raid and went to battle(after taking his picture). When I sprayed him, he charged at me. I had to spray for at least 3o seconds before I won. The kids watched the whole thing in horror. Hopefully they aren't scarred for life.

I hate bugs! In Taiwan there are cockroaches galore. Luckily, our apartment building uses bug spray, so we've only had like 4 during the whole 3 years we've lived here. But those 4 lost their lives from big Raid battles too!
How creepy! We get those exact same bugs here. I couldn't believe it the first time I saw it. Steve said he read online that they are harmless and they actually help keep your home free of other pests. So creepy! I kill them every time I see them, much to Syd's dismay. If the bug is in my house, it's as good as dead.
